Your local flower shop now doubles as the local mystic/magic shop! Flowers are in stock, but there seems to be a focus on plants that can be used in teas and home remedies. Along with a small selection of vases and supplies for drying/storing medicinal plants, there are crystals, essential oils, and other mystic stuff because someone has a sense of humour. The back of the store is sectioned off with heavy curtains and a sign proclaims the presence of fortune telling and tarot readings. Open whenever the employees feel like it.
Feel free to invent anything you think a mystic/natural remedy shop might have that I haven't mentioned if you want to find it. The selection of flowers is fairly small and secondary in comparison to the other things now.
Anders is the manager, and a literal spirit healer. He's a mage in his canon, so he will absolutely provide healing free of charge if your character hears the rumours about town and would prefer to avoid the hospital. He's also kind of dismissive of the non plant stuff the store sells if asked.
Dirk Gently is the single employee and the reluctant shop fortune teller. His services range from $15-20, but there's a surcharge at his discretion for anything relating to lovelife.
Cy is the store cat. She's just there being a cat.
Feel free to engage either of their services or play out some sort of purchase for CR building!

It's even reasonably nice, puttering about watering or not watering growing things, turning over leaves and humming meaningfully at nothing in particular, which makes him feel important. The shop could do without the haze of incense pervading the place, and especially without the chalkboard sign hung in plain view of patrons and passers-by alike advertising, in a neat hand decidedly not his own, his services as a fortune teller. Taking it down, erasing it, would be admitting defeat, and so he hasn't yet, but that doesn't make him like it any better.
He especially doesn't like it when a customer does arrive, and here's Dirk all ready with a sunny smile, even as he tracks the new arrival's gaze up, up to that sign. Bollocks.
